(一)聚乙烯(PE)原料及相關特性 聚乙烯是由乙烯進行加聚而成的高分子化合物。依據聚合條件的不同實踐分子量從l萬至幾百萬不等。先創造的聚乙烯是選用高壓法取得的低密度聚乙烯,其比重為0.9l0-0.925g/cm3。隨後由低壓及中壓法取得的聚乙烯比重為0.94l-0.965g/cm3,chengweigaomidujuyixi。juyixiweibaiselazhuangbantoumingziliao,rouerren,shaonengshenchang,wudu,yiran,ranshaoshirongrongdiluo,xuanbushilaranshaoshideqiwei。juyixidegongnengyuqifenziliangyouguan,yeyuqijiejingduyouguan。 聚乙烯的機械功能 聚乙烯的很多機械功能都決定於資料的密度和熔融指數。從低密度聚乙烯到高密度聚乙烯,其密度在0.90-0.96g/cm3規模內改變。聚乙烯的熔融指數(熔體活動指數)改變規模很大,可從0.3到25.0以上。聚乙烯的很多重要功能都跟著密度和熔融指數而改變。 聚乙烯的熱功能 聚乙烯資料的玻璃化溫度較低,為125℃,但在較寬的溫度規模內,能堅持它的機械功能。線性高分子量聚乙烯的平衡熔點為137℃,但一般很難到達平衡點,一般在加工時的熔點規模為132—135℃。聚乙烯的著火溫度是340℃,自燃溫度是349℃,其塵埃的著火溫度是450℃。聚乙烯的熔融指數決定於其分子量的巨細。不同分子量的聚乙烯資料混合時,其熔融指數也按必定的規律取其必定的值。 環境對聚乙烯功能的影響 聚乙烯耐水,在高濕度或水中物理功能不變。濃硫酸、濃硝酸及其他氧化劑會緩慢腐蝕聚乙烯。在脂肪烴、芳烴和氯代烴中,聚乙烯會發作溶脹現象,但溶脹劑蒸發後能康複本來的功能。在60℃以下,聚乙烯本領大多數溶劑,但溫度高於70℃時(shi)烴(ting)類(lei)的(de)溶(rong)劑(ji)會(hui)敏(min)捷(jie)腐(fu)蝕(shi)聚(ju)乙(yi)烯(xi)。當(dang)溫(wen)度(du)持(chi)續(xu)升(sheng)高(gao)時(shi),聚(ju)乙(yi)烯(xi)會(hui)溶(rong)解(jie)在(zai)某(mou)些(xie)溶(rong)劑(ji)中(zhong)。從(cong)溶(rong)液(ye)中(zhong)分(fen)離(li)出(chu)來(lai)的(de)聚(ju)乙(yi)烯(xi),經(jing)冷(leng)卻(que)後(hou)依(yi)據(ju)溫(wen)度(du)的(de)不(bu)同(tong)構(gou)成(cheng)糊(hu)狀(zhuang)或(huo)膠(jiao)態(tai)。 聚乙烯簡單光氧化、熱氧化、臭氧分化和鹵化反響。因為化學上的慵懶和外表的非極性,聚乙烯很難粘接,很難印刷。但通過氧化劑、火焰和電暈放電處理後,聚乙烯會有傑出的粘接性及印刷功能。 聚乙烯經受輻射時會發作交聯、斷鏈及構成不飽和基團等反響,但主要的反響是交聯。在慵懶氣體中輻照聚乙烯時,會產生氫氣的溢出而失重;zaikongqizhongfuzhaojuyixi,zeyinweiyangqidecanjiaershiqizengzhong。fuzhaozhihouzaijuyixifenzizhongtianjialebubaohejituan,daozhiyanghuaanwenxingdexiajiang。shoufuzhaoshijuyixidejiaolianfanxiangshengguoduanlianhegouchengbubaohejibidefanxiang,jiaolianfanxiangkeyijinbujuyixidenaihouxing,yincijingfuzhaodejuyixizhipinbiweijingfuzhaodejuyixizhipinjuyougenghaodenaihouxing。 聚乙烯在空氣個受氧氣的效果而緩慢降解,這個進程會因為熱、紫外線和高能輻射的效果而加快。降解老化的表征是製品褪色、發脆,直至損壞。碳黑對聚乙烯有明顯的光屏蔽效果,參加2%的碳黑可以有效地進步聚乙烯製品的使用壽命。除了碳黑之外,在聚乙烯中參加某些紫外線吸收劑,也能起到抗老化效果。 聚乙烯粉末 juyixisuliaodaoregongnengcha,weileshizaigunsujinchengzhongreliangkeyijiaokuaidichuanrusuliaofenmokelidequanbutijinei,yongzuogunsudejuyixifenmokelichiduyingmanyibidingdeyaoqiu。keliyuexiao,reliangyuejiandanchuanru,ziliaodewendujiuyuejiandandaodaqirongdian。dankeliguoxiaoshi,ziliaozeyixishijiekuai,buliyuzaimojuneidefangunyundong。zaishichangshangmaidaodejuyixisuliaowangwangshililiao,xuqiubatamosui、過篩,才幹滿意滾塑工藝要求。 聚乙烯粒料的磨碎 juyixishiyizhongrenxingjiaogaodesuliao,dangxuanyongyibandemosuijijiagongshi,qililiaohuibeisilachengbuliyuzaicijinxingmosuidexingzhuang。juyixililiaodepohuaixuqiuzhuanmendegaosuqiesuishebei。
(二)聚乙烯滾塑工藝進程中的要害要素操控
